Accessibility Statement

Midnight’s Wink is a small business, and we’re committed to making midnightswink.com usable for everyone — including customers who navigate the web with screen readers, keyboards, or other assistive technology.

What we’re aiming for

We’re working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our standard. We haven’t completed a formal audit yet, but the site was built with accessibility in mind and we’re continuing to improve.

What we’ve built in

• All pages can be navigated by keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter)
• Form fields have visible labels tied to their inputs
• The site scales cleanly on phones, tablets, and larger screens
• Product information is not conveyed by color alone

What we know is still a work in progress

• We haven’t yet audited every page against WCAG 2.1 AA — some issues likely exist
• Older blog images may not all have descriptive alt text
• Third-party embedded content — payment forms and similar — is subject to those providers’ own accessibility work

Compatibility

This site should work with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with common screen readers — VoiceOver on Mac and iOS, NVDA and JAWS on Windows, TalkBack on Android. If you use assistive technology and something isn’t working, please let us know.

Reach us

If you hit a barrier using this site — a broken keyboard flow, text you can’t read, a form you can’t complete — email and tell us what you were trying to do. We read every message and respond within one to two business days.
