Account Cancellation

❌ Unauthorized Use of Guide: The distributor uses any part of The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide© outside of the Midnight’s Wink website, including in print.
❌ Unauthorized Sales/Discounts: The distributor offers sales or special discounts outside of the approved Sale Date Program.
❌ Elite Distributor Violations: An Elite Distributor holds sales outside of their pre-approved additional sale dates.

Note: If Midnight’s Wink cancels a distributor’s account due to any of the above reasons, the Product Buy-Back Promise will be void.

✅ Reimbursement Continuation: Midnight’s Wink will continue reimbursing the distributor’s qualifying technicians for their Humidity Survival Kit purchases for 30 days after the cancellation date.
✅ Discontinuation of Branding: The distributor must cease using the Midnight’s Wink name, logo, or trademarks.
✅ Website Updates: Any links to The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide© or references to Midnight’s Wink products must be removed from the distributor’s website within five business days.
✅ Reimbursement Link: The link for technicians to upload reimbursement documents may remain on the distributor’s website for 30 days.
