We offer three possible ways for you to work with us to reap outstanding profits when selling our superior eyelash extensions adhesive:

  1. Sell our products under the Midnight’s Wink brand name.
  2. Do a collaboration with Midnight’s Wink where half the label will be in your brand’s colours with your logo.
  3. Private label our amazing product with your name and branding.

Product Buy-Back Promise

If you or your clients don’t love the adhesive as much as we do, no worries. We will buy back all of your inventory.

Free Sample Reimbursement Offer

If you want to offer a one-time reimbursement to any of your qualifying technicians when they purchase The Humidity Survival Kit 5ml/0.17oz Black or Clear, Midnight’s Wink will pick up the cost.

Who Qualifies for the Reimbursement Offer?

Lash Technicians applying for a reimbursement must meet all of these criteria:

  • Have never received a reimbursement for The Humidity Survival Kit 5ml/0.17oz Black or Clear from any of our qualified distributors.
  • Possess an Eyelash Training Certificate or Cosmetology licence or Esthetician’s licence.
  • Have proof of purchase from one of our qualified distributors for The Humidity Survival Kit 5ml/0.17oz Black or Clear.

What Is in the Kit?

  • One bottle of Ocean and one bottle of Desert.
  • Free access to The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide©. (See below for more information on what that is!)

Protecting Our Distributors' Businesses

  • In an effort to protect our valued distributors, we have implemented pricing and sale date restrictions. Our aim is not to control our distributors’ businesses, but rather to protect them.

Allowed Dates for Sales

At the following times, all distributors are permitted to offer the Midnight’s Wink product line at prices lower than the Required Selling Price:

  • July 1st to and including July 7th covering Canada Day and Independence Day (USA).
  • November 28th through December 3rd, covering Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

  • The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide© is the exclusive property of Midnight’s Wink and may not be used in whole or in part by any distributor.
  • The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide© can only be accessed on Midnight’s Wink Website.
  • Our qualified distributors can put a link to The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide© on their website so their technicians can view the information in The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide©.
  • There is no need to take the information learned over many years of trial and error by Midnight’s Wink now contained in The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide ©. We are offering to work with you, allowing you to profit from selling The Humidity Survival Kit and individual bottles.
  • For consistent results you need Ocean and Desert along with The Lazy Lash-Glue Guide©.
  • We want all technicians to have access to the amazing information and the adhesive. That is why we want to work with you. By working with you, we can reach all technicians.

Does Midnight's Wink Sell the Humidity Survival Kits or Individual Bottles?

No, Midnight’s Wink does not sell The Humidity Survival Kits or individual bottles to anyone other than our qualified distributors.

Distributor Minimum Order Requirements

  • 250 kits or 100 individual bottles.
  • Products cannot be combined to meet these minimum order requirements.
