How to Qualify:

To be eligible, you must provide:

  • A copy of one of the following professional credentials:
    • Eyelash Training Certificate
    • Cosmetology License
    • Esthetician's License

  1. Prepare Your Document – Scan or take a clear picture of your credentials. Accepted formats: JPG, BMP, PNG, PDF, or WEBP.
  2. Complete the Online Form – Upload your image and submit the form on this page.
  3. Get your free sample – Once approved, Midnight’s Wink will ship your Free Samples.
