Reimbursement for The Humidity Survival Kit

Qualified lash techs who purchase a Humidity Survival Kit from a Midnight’s Wink distributor are eligible for a reimbursement of the purchase price (excluding tax and shipping).

This page is where you’ll submit the required information to apply for reimbursement.

Important Notes:

  • Each technician can apply for reimbursement only once—we track all reimbursements in our database.
  • Your purchase invoice must not be older than 30 days.

  1. Prepare Your Documents – Scan or take clear pictures of your credentials and purchase invoice. Accepted formats: JPG, BMP, PNG, PDF, or WEBP.
  2. Complete the Online Form – Upload both files and submit the form on this page.
  3. Get Reimbursed – Once approved, Midnight’s Wink will process your reimbursement within 60 days.

All submissions are reviewed by real people—if there are any issues, we’ll notify you.

Submitting Your Documents

Prepare two image files (JPG, BMP, PNG, PDF, or WEBP): one of your professional credentials and one of your purchase invoice from an authorized Distributor.

Complete the form below and attach your files. Once approved, Midnight’s Wink will process your reimbursement for the Humidity Survival Kit within 60 days.

  • Check your email for any updates from Midnight’s Wink about qualification issues.
  • Verify with your bank to ensure the reimbursement wasn’t credited.

If you still haven’t received it, send us an email, with:

    • Your name, address, and phone number
    • The name of the distributor you ordered from.
    • Your order date
    • A note confirming you haven’t received your reimbursement

    We’ll investigate and get back to you within a week.
